SOAR Summer Orientation: Summer 2017/2018
Throughout the summer, there are approximately 20 orientation sessions of 350-plus students and their parents. The total reach is about 7,600 students and 8,000 parents. Bag sponsorship, flyers/giveaways, tabling, and a promo ad on each attendee’s planner are available, with an option to sponsor dinners, breaks, or the parent reception.
UW Homecoming: Fall 2017
Experience the spirit that tradition built, and connect your brand with the excitement surrounding the UW-Madison Homecoming game this year! These family-friendly events include everything you’d expect from UW: a parade, live bands, Bucky, the Spirit Squad — and so much more. There are multiple ways to sponsor.
Wisconsin Welcome Night at the Overture: Fall 2017
Every year, the UW Center for the First-Year Experience welcomes more than 5,000 students to Madison with a fabulous night out. The jam-packed schedule, starting at 9 p.m. and going past midnight, is designed to provide gathering spots throughout the Overture Center for students to get to know each other while being entertained with live music, improvisational comedy, dancing, games, and more. This one-night event is a great way to introduce your brand to a captive audience of new students on campus.
All-Campus Party Week: April 2018
Each spring, the Wisconsin Alumni Association and the Wisconsin Alumni Student Board team up with student organizations, businesses, and national corporations to sponsor the All-Campus Party (ACP). The reach is 2,500-5,000 students. ACP is a free, alcohol-alternative celebration created for students by students. ACP focuses on the end of the school year, the onset of spring, and the enthusiasm of the campus community.
